OPUWO, 27 MAY (NAMPA) - The Namibia Training Authority (NTA) has said it will lead the recruitment of local graduates who studied at vocational training centres (VTCs) in the Kunene Region for the construction of the Otjorungondo Project Secondary School at Opuwo.
