OKONGO, 02 JAN (NAMPA) - Okongo Constituency Councillor Lebbeus Shipindo, who has also been appointed Chairperson of the Ohangwena Regional Council, says that over 80 per cent of villages in his constituency now have access to water, with each village having at least one borehole.
