Infantino Sends Letter to 211 Associations Regarding FIFA Governance Reform

MOSCOW, September 22 (RIA Novosti) - FIFA President Gianni Infantino has sent a letter to the organization's 211 member associations regarding the reform of FIFA's governing bodies, ahead of the FIFA Council meeting scheduled for October 15.
