Philippines population density rises to 376 persons per sq km in 2024

MANILA, Dec. 18 (Xinhua) -- The Philippine population density increased to 376 persons per square kilometer in 2024, up 3.4 percent from 363 persons in 2020, according to the latest Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) data. In 2015, population density stood at 337 persons per square kilometer, the PSA said on Wednesday.
