WINDHOEK, 18 DEC (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security (MHAISS) on Thursday issued a warning to foreign nationals who either entered Namibia outside of designated ports of entry or have overstayed their visas or permits.
MHAISS Executive Director, Nghidinua Daniel said such an act is a violation of the Immigration Control Act of 1993 and makes perpetrators liable for arrest and prosecution.
