OSHAKATI, 18 DEC (NAMPA) – As heavy rains continue to inundate parts of the Oshana Region, residents of Onakamwandi village have been forced to find alternative ways to cross flooded plains, with a local donkey-cart owner stepping in to help community members reach dry land.
Frans Shaketange, a donkey-cart owner from Onakamwandi, told Nampa he has been assisting villagers for several years whenever rainfall blocks access routes....
