Berlin misses 30m tourist overnight stays as visits in 2025 drop

Berlin (dpa) - Fewer tourists have visited Berlin this year than last, meaning an important milestone will not be reached in 2025, the head of the city's tourist company said. "We will end up just below 30 million (overnight stays),' Burkhard Kieker, head of Visit Berlin, told the Tagesspiegel newspaper for a story published online on Friday.
