Austrian courts have refused to extradite Ukrainian tycoon Dmytro Firtash to the United States, where he is wanted for bribery charges, because he enjoys diplomatic immunity granted by Belarus, according to a ruling seen by AFP on Friday. Austrian authorities have warned that the legal decision could encourage other wanted figures to seek shelter in Austria.
