WINDHOEK, 09 DEC (NAMPA) - Former parliamentarian and leader of the Association for Localised Interest (Asoli), Joseph Kauandenge, has expressed dissatisfaction with the recent ambassador appointments made by President Netumbo Nandi Ndaitwah, claiming that these appointments undermine youth empowerment.
