WINDHOEK, 05 MAR (NAMPA) – Leader of the Ovaherero Traditional Authority (OTA), Hoze Riruako, on Thursday engaged President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah in a dialogue centred on ancestral land rights, reparations and the broader framework of nation-building.
