London (PA Media/dpa) - German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier cited the Oasis song "Don't Look Back In Anger" as he hailed a fresh start between the UK and Brussels post-Brexit. The smash hit from the Manchester rock band was referenced by Steinmeier as he addressed MPs and peers in parliament as part of his three-day state visit. The German politician, who was foreign minister at the time of the 2016 referendum in which the UK voted to leave......
