OTJIWARONGO, 04 DEC (NAMPA) – The Swapo Party has instructed its Otjozondjupa leadership to install Otjiwarongo Constituency Councillor Paulus Nekundi as the new chairperson of the Otjozondjupa Regional Council.
Nekundi would be taking over the reins of chairperson from the former Tsumkwe Constituency councillor Johannes Haufiku, who lost to independent candidate Petrus Mutji in the regional council and local authority election...
