WINDHOEK, 04 DEC (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has called on members of Cabinet to demonstrate integrity, transparency and moral clarity by managing public resources with care, and to ensure that all decisions reflect fairness and accountability.
