MOSCOW, December 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Proton-M rocket carrying the Electro-L weather satellite will blast off from Baikonur spaceport on December 15, Russian state space corporation Roscosmos said on Monday. "The spacecraft will be launched into geostationary orbit by a Proton-M launch vehicle (manufactured by the Khrunichev Center) powered by a DM-03 upper stage (manufactured by Energia Corporation).
