MOSCOW, December 1 (RIA Novosti) - The corruption scandal unfolding in Ukraine has generated a very strong public outcry, EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Monday. "The fact that investigations take place show that anticorruption bodies in Ukraine work.
