RIYADH, December 1 (RIA Novosti) - Russia and Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding on climate change and low-carbon development, a RIA Novosti correspondent reported on Monday. The signing ceremony took place at the Russian-Saudi Business Forum.
