Russia sees 3rd straight year of decline in cosmetics stores: report

ST. PETERSBURG, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- The number of cosmetics shops in Russia has fallen for the third consecutive year, local media reported on Sunday. In the first ten months of this year, 2,422 new cosmetics stores opened while 2,966 were shut down, analysts from research firm Kontur were quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.
