MOSCOW, November 28 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on Friday tightening the tax conditions for foreign agents, including introducing flat personal income tax rate of 30%. The law establishes a single personal income tax rate of 30% for individuals with the status of a foreign agent.
