WINDHOEK, 28 NOV (NAMPA) - The ruling Swapo Party lost its long-held stronghold of Tsumkwe in the Otjozondjupa Region to an independent candidate after the vote counts in the Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections were finalised on Friday.
