Singapore's labor force participation dips slightly in 2025 amid aging: advance release

SINGAPORE, Nov. 28 (Xinhua) -- Singapore's labor force participation rate fell slightly in 2025, reflecting the country's aging population, but remains among the highest in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Ministry of Manpower said Friday in its labor force advance release. The participation rate for residents aged 15 and over dropped for the fourth consecutive year, from 70.5 percent in 2021 to 68.2 percen......
