WINDHOEK, 27 NOV (NAMPA) – Chief Electoral and Referenda Officer of the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN), Peter Shaama, on Thursday provided an update on the status of vote counting and results processing following Wednesday’s Regional Councils and Local Authorities Elections, held nationwide from 07h00 to 21h00.
