OPUWO, 03 APR (NAMPA) - The Namibian Police Force (NamPol) have confirmed that the second deceased person in the road accident between Otjiwarongo and Okakarara is the 14-year-old son of former Otjozondjupa governor and Swapo member of parliament, James Unomasa Uerikua.
