WINDHOEK, 14 NOV (NAMPA) – The Khomas Regional Council chairperson, Shaalukeni John Moonde has urged stronger collaboration among stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the council’s launched Strategic Plan for 2025/26-2029/2030.
While launching the strategic plan here on Friday, Moonde said collective effort will be essential in addressing the region’s socio-economic challenges and realising its development goals.
