WINDHOEK, 10 NOV (NAMPA) - Veteran Swapo Party member and seasoned diplomat Dr Kaire Mbuende has urged the public to support Swapo in delivering the Katutura Central Constituency, with Muesee Kazapua as their sole candidate for the councillor position on 26 November.
