WASHINGTON, October 13 (RIA Novosti) – Cuban opposition politician Jose Daniel Ferrer has arrived in the United States to live in exile after years of imprisonment, the US Department of State said on Monday. “Today, Jose Daniel Ferrer, a courageous leader of Cuba’s pro-democracy movement, arrived in the United States after suffering years of abuse, torture, and threats to his life in Cuba,” the statement by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio read.......
