GOBABIS, 13 OCT (NAMPA) – Independent Patriot for Change (IPC) candidate Chester Katjanaa Kaurivi said he will continue to develop the Omaheke region's Otjombinde constituency, should he be given another chance, in the November 26, regional councils elections.
Kaurivi in 2015 made headlines after becoming the first independent candidate to rule the Otjombinde constituency.
