WINDHOEK, 13 OCT (NAMPA) – Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus, has emphasised the need for Namibia to invest in and strengthen collaboration on space technologies with countries such as neighbouring Angola, which she said has made significant advancements in satellite communication.
