WASHINGTON, October 13 (RIA Novosti) – The US Department of War is looking to significantly increase its stockpile of essential minerals and is prepared to allocate up to $1 billion in response to ongoing trade tensions with China, the Financial Times reported, citing the Pentagon’s Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
