OUTJO, 13 OCT (NAMPA) – Outjo Constituency councillor Johannes Antsino has expressed gratitude to the Swapo Party and residents of Outjo for entrusting him with the opportunity to serve as their regional councillor for the past 10 years.
Speaking during a mini rally the ruling party held on Sunday in Outjo’s informal settlement, Antsino said he was honoured to have led the constituency for a decade.
