MOSCOW, October 13 (RIA Novosti) - Commercial stocks of crude oil and petroleum products in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries decreased by 0.5 million barrels in August to 2.793 billion barrels, which is 92.2 million barrels below the five-year average, according to OPEC report released on Monday.
