UK Conservatives promise negative net migration, 10,000 more police

London (PA Media/dpa) - The British Conservatives have promised to ensure "sustained negative net migration" if elected by setting a binding annual cap on immigration, voted on by parliament. Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said that the days of mass, low-skill migration "has to end."
