OPUWO, 02 OCT (NAMPA) – Retiring Namibian Police Force (NamPol) Kunene Regional Commander, Commissioner James Nderura officially handed over all symbols of power to the region’s newly appointed commander, Commissioner Eric Petrus Clay, on Wednesday at Opuwo.
