WINDHOEK, 09 SEP (NAMPA) – Cedric Willemse, the former Executive of Supply and Logistics at the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor), told the Windhoek Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday that he was a millionaire long before he joined the company.
Willemse, who is facing corruption charges, made the statement during his formal bail application.
