OPUWO, 30 SEP (NAMPA) – Kunene Governor Vipuakuje Muharukua has called for development cooperation to respond to the growing impact of climate and environmental challenges while creating opportunities for communities to adapt and benefit from emerging economic activities.
Muharukua made the remarks on Tuesday while welcoming participants to the 2026 Namibia-Germany Bilateral Consultations on Development Cooperation in Opuwo.
