Götze open to extending Frankfurt contract beyond the season

Frankfurt (dpa) - Former World Cup winner Mario Götze wants to extend his career with Bundesliga club Eintracht Frankfurt beyond this season. The 33-year-old midfielder told Wednesday's edition of the Sport Bild weekly that if he could decide, he would renew his deal.
