WINDHOEK, 03 SEP (NAMPA) – Secretary to Cabinet, Emilia Mkusa and the Chief Executive Officer of the Government Institutions Pension Fund (GIPF), Martin Inkumbi on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Agreement to implement the Pension Backed Home Loan Scheme (PBHLS).
