SWAKOPMUND, 02 SEP (NAMPA) – Francois Orlam was crowned the winner of the third edition of the Namibia Revenue Agency (NamRA) Talks competition during the final round held in Swakopmund on Monday night.
The event, which brought together 10 competitors, aimed to promote public speaking and awareness of taxation and customs matters in Namibia.
