MICT reminds public to act responsibly at accident scenes

WINDHOEK, 02 SEP (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) has cautioned the public against taking photos and videos at accident scenes and distributing them on social media.
In a public notice shared on its platforms on Tuesday, the ministry said arriving first at an accident scene does not give bystanders the right to record and circulate images of the victims or the incident.
