OSHAKATI, 30 AUG (NAMPA) - Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare said that the legacy of Namibia's heroes is not a finished chapter but a living document that is written with every action.
Ngurare made the remarks during a belated 35th Heroes' Day commemoration at the Oshihepo Centre in the Omundaungilo Constituency of the Ohangwena Region on Saturday.
