KATIMA MULILO, 25 AUG (NAMPA) – National Democratic Party (NDP) president, Martin Lukato Lukato, has praised Urban and Rural Development Minister James Sankwasa’s decision to dissolve the Katima Mulilo Town Council, calling the town a “ghost town with no development.”
Lukato, in a recent interview with Nampa, said the town council performed better under the previous Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) administration.
