KATIMA MULILO, 23 AUG (NAMPA) – Former Zambezi Governor, Lawrence Sampofu said the government plans to establish a Heroes Acre at one of the liberation struggle battlefields in the Zambezi Region.
Sampofu, shared this with Nampa on Friday, in response to concerns about why Zambezi has no shrine besides having hosted many wars between 1967 and 1989 for Namibia’s independence.
