KATIMA MULILO, 25 AUG (NAMPA) - The Independent Patriots for Change (IPC)'s Chairperson for the Zambezi Region, Elvis Lizazi, has condemned Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Sankwasa James Sankwasa’s removal of Katima Mulilo Town Council (KMTC) councillors, labelling it undemocratic.
