WINDHOEK, 18 AUG (NAMPA) – President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has paid tribute to former President Hifikepunye Pohamba, who turned 90 on Monday, describing him as a “humble revolutionary and inspirational leader whose legacy continues to guide Namibia.”
