KATIMA MULILO, 22 AUG (NAMPA) – A 68-year-old Alfred Matomola whose exile combat name is Wizard Muloi, says he is unhappy with the bureaucratic delays by the government’s disbursement of funds meant for veterans of the liberation struggle.
Matomola registered his concerns during an interview ahead of the national commemoration of Heroes’ Day here on 26 August.
