Irish wholesale prices fall 3.5% in July

Dublin (dpa-AFX) - Wholesale prices in Ireland decreased for the sixth straight month in July, data from the Central Statistics Office showed on Friday. Output prices in the manufacturing industry dropped 3.5% year-over-year in July, though slower than the 4.6% decrease seen in June. Mining and quarrying prices declined 3.6%, and those for beverages also slid by 3.6%. Meanwhile, factory gate prices for chemicals and chemical products grew 30.8% f......
