WINDHOEK, 15 AUG (NAMPA)- Chairperson of the National Council, Lukas Muha, has emphasised that health is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of sustainable development, despite millions across Africa still facing financial, geographical and systemic barriers to healthcare.
