OTJIWARONGO, 11 MAR (NAMPA) – Otjozondjupa Governor, John //Khamuseb, on Wednesday officially announced the programme for this year’s regional Independence Day celebrations set to take place at the Mokati Sports Stadium at Otjiwarongo on 21 March 2026.
