SWAKOPMUND, 05 MAR (NAMPA) – Vice President Lucia Witbooi has said strong and independent parliaments are essential for safeguarding democracy and advancing sustainable development across Africa.
According to the vice president, effective and credible parliamentary institutions are central to ensuring accountable governance and translating the aspirations of citizens into meaningful public policy.
