WINDHOEK, 13 AUG (NAMPA) – Deputy Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture, Dino Ballotti, on Tuesday launched the first edition of Campus Connect, a student-led magazine aimed at amplifying young voices and fostering creativity across Namibia’s higher learning institutions.
