BANGKOK, August 1 (RIA Novosti) - Cambodia has agreed to relocate border negotiations with Thailand from Cambodia’s city of Phnom Penh to a city of Malaysia and extend the duration of talks from one to four days, in line with a proposal made by the Thai side, the Thai newspaper Nation reported on Friday, citing the Cambodian Defense Ministry.
